1. All Sportingbet customers are eligible to participate in this competition.
2. Customers must opt in to take part in this competition.
3. To qualify for this competition customers must place a minimum of 5 bets with an aggregate total stake of at least R325 in a given week.
4. This competition is applicable on all bets.
5. This competition starts on the 11th January 2009 and ends on the 1st August 2010.
6. Only bets SETTLED in a given week between 00:00 GMT on Mondays and 23:59 GMT on Sundays will count towards a customer’s WIN % for that week and the prizes. For example, if a bet is placed in week 1 (15th January) and not settled until week 2 (20th January) then it is considered as a qualifying bet for Week 2’s prizes.
7. WIN % is calculated as the total profit on settled bets as a percentage of total stake in a period.
8. WIN % is calculated weekly.
9. Opt in status and WIN % will be updated every 24 hours on the website. Opt in status won’t be updated at weekends.
10. GMT is used as a reference time to define opt-in and bet settlement date.
11. Customers may opt in any time during the week and their WIN % will be calculated retrospectively from the preceding Monday. For example if a customer opts in on Wednesday then all their qualifying bets from Monday will be included in their WIN % calculation.
12. All Bets are settled in line with the general Sportsbook rules that can be found in the ‘Information’ section of Sportingbet.com.
13. Each Multiple must contain different selections to be eligible for the competition.
14. Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the end of each weekly and monthly competition. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their SBPIN being published on the Sportingbet.com website and to carry out any reasonable publicity requests of Sportingbet.com in connection with the winning of the prize..
15. In the event of a tie for any prize, the customer placing the largest number of bets will be deemed the winner.
16. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. If a customer is unable to take up the prize for whatever reason, an alternative winner will be chosen.
17. Sportingbet.com has the right to cancel or withdraw this competition or change any of its terms at any time and without cause/notice. It also reserves the right not to allow certain account holders to take part if behaviour is deemed to be non-recreational.
18. Any customer found to have attempted to open duplicate accounts will be excluded from the competition and bonuses removed from all their accounts.
19. Sportingbet.com is the sole arbiter of this competition and its decision is final and binding.
20. Employees of Sportingbet.com or any other company involved in this offer are not eligible to participate in this competition.
